THE EXPERIENCE
Nuovo’s Self-Love Experience is more than a photoshoot. It is a guided unveiling, a moment to see yourself in a new light.

To ensure you feel confident and prepared for this transformative experience, we've outlined each step of the process below.

OUR STYLE
Our style is rooted in creating a space of absolute safety and trust. We use tasteful, luxurious draping and artistic silhouettes to explore the elegance of your form. In this safe space, you have complete agency over what you choose to reveal, allowing your true strength to come forward.

CONSULTATION
Prior to your studio session, we will discuss your preferences for studio background color, makeup services, and any draping options, if applicable, while understanding your desired outcome and objectives for the shoot. This ensures a tailored and personalized experience that aligns with your goals.

STUDIO ARRIVAL
Prior to your photoshoot, you will be greeted by your photographer. You will be offered a variety of beverages and snacks, including mocktails. Together, you’ll discuss your goals, comfort level, and what to expect, so the session is tailored to you and paced on your terms.

YOUR PHOTOSHOOT
Your photographer will be your trusted guide throughout your photoshoot, leading you through a series of poses mastered to flatter every body, giving you the direction you need so you can feel fully present. With our strategic lighting, your best angles will be captured, ensuring that your beauty shines from every perspective. This portion of the experience is designed to last no longer than half an hour, guaranteeing efficiency without compromising the quality of your images.

THE REVEAL
Immediately after your photoshoot, you will be presented with all the untouched and unedited images from your session. You will then be given the option to choose which specific images and products best compliment your preferences.

RETOUCHING
Our in-house all-women retouching team practice a natural style of retouching that honors your authenticity. This process includes background removal, cropping, exposure adjustments, and improving the overall composition of the image. We don't change who you are; we amplify the power and beauty that is already there, ensuring the final image is a true and authentic reflection of you.

DISPLAYING YOUR ART
The images you choose to own are more than just art; they are a tangible reminder of the strength and beauty you unveiled. Nuovo will never, nor has the right in any manner, to use your images without your prior written consent. To safeguard your privacy, photos not chosen during the day of your photoshoot will be discarded.

Companion Policy
For the comfort of all clients and to maintain studio capacity limits, additional guests are not permitted at individual sessions. If a plus-one is necessary, inform your consultant ahead of time, as we schedule specific days when a guest can accompany you.

BOOKING POLICY
We care about our artists’ time, and the time of our clients. To ensure both are respected, we ask for a fully refundable deposit that solidifies each reservation, 100% reimbursed on the condition you arrive at your photoshoot. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel your reservation. Any cancellation made within 48 hours of your reserved time will not be refunded. If rescheduling more than once, we ask that you make an additional non-refundable deposit of the same amount.

REFUND POLICY
All of our sales are final. We do not currently offer any refunds or returns. Deposits are fully refundable on the condition that you arrive at your photoshoot at the agreed upon time and do not reschedule your reservation more than once.
